Lion's Mane Helps Depression



The Lion's Mane mushroom has shown itself to be useful for many things, especially how beneficial it can be for depression. I enjoy taking Lion's Mane daily for its ability to help me maintain focus. Depression can wreak havoc on your day to day brain. And having the ability to maintain focus is absolutely necessary for a full time working mom like myself.


It is exciting to see that these benefits are able to be captured in a scientific studies now as well.
